Advanced Computing for Competitiveness Forum

This event is the first of four regional U.S. forums (Northeast, West, Midwest and South). The purpose of the forums is to engage a broad community of leaders (e.g. economic development executives, trade and manufacturing association leaders, MEP center leaders, and elected officials) to share with them how advanced computing can be leveraged for competitiveness and to learn about existing programs. The agenda will discuss issues and highlight programs that: help firms move from desktop computing to advanced environments; close skill gaps; improve the software environment; conduct research tied to local economies; and leverage emerging technology areas like artificial intelligence, big data and the Internet of Things.  There is no fee to attend.
