Make Workplaces Work for You: Integrating Coworking Mindset to the Traditional Office

Presented by the Tech Valley Young Professionals Network

As many as 1.5 million professionals used a co-working space as their workspace in 2017, with that number projected to grow in the coming years. Core concepts of collaboration, efficiency, and flexibility draw many young professionals to the co-work environment.

Join us for an engaging discussion about the benefits of co-working spaces and strategies for enhancing the traditional office environment. Our guest speakers will be sharing information and ideas about:

  • Creating a lean work environment by removing barriers to communication
  • Exploring inexpensive avenues for community and collaboration
  • Using co-working as a strategy for relationship-building and creating partnerships

You will have the opportunity to hear from Jeff Goronkin, CEO, Urban Co-Works; Nicole Manupella, Community Manager at Troy Innovation Garage and Meghan Weygant, Assistant Vice President of Lab Administration and Business Development, Albany Med. Ted Cangero, Business Intelligence Analyst at Albany Medical Center, will moderate the panel discussion.

Urban Co-Works is offering attendees the opportunity to stay and work there for the day following the event.
