Expertise Project (ExPr) is an alliance of educators and employers who create and distribute lesson plans and video tours of local manufacturing and construction employers to grow New York's Technical Workforce. ExPr equips marketing and recruitment professionals with virtual reality headsets that give 360-degree tours of their workplace and training programs right from their career fair tables. This results in more productive discussions with candidates. ExPr also bundles the tours with supporting lesson plans into ExPr Career VR and ExPr Online - which are used by subscribing educators, career counselors, and other workforce development professionals to introduce the STEM career and apprenticeship paths available here in New York State.
