FuzeHub Helps East Hill Farms & Creamery with Digital Marketing + Social Media

East Hill Farms was founded by Gary and Betty Burley in 1981. Starting with a herd of 18 cows, they have since grown their farm to 1,200 milking cows and 2,500 head of cattle over 2,000 acres of land in Warsaw and Dansville, NY. The Burleys wanted to expand their business and begin making artisan cheese, so they purchased a location in Perry, NY with the goal of building a French cheese-making plant.


East Hill Farms needed a brand and website developed for its new business venture, East Hill Creamery. The founders of East Hill Farms attended the FuzeHub Farm to Fork Solutions Forum in Rochester,
NY with the following goals in mind:
• Build a new logo
• Create a brand new website
• Enable their website to follow SEO and social media best practices


The Burleys connected with Rock the Deadline to create a logo and online presence for East Hill Creamery. A WordPress website was mocked up, customized, and populated based on East Hill’s needs. Then the editorial team created content for all the pages and ensured that the site implemented SEO best practices. Google analytics was added, and the site map was submitted to various search engines. This lead to greater visibility and search engine traffic for East Hill Creamery, the creation of an email list to keep followers informed of the plant’s progress, and an online brand and social media presence.
