FuzeHub’s 2022 Transportation Equipment and Supply Chain Forum was the first such event since 2016. 106 attendees and 21 exhibitor organizations came out to catch up with old connections and create new business opportunities. Corning, New York was the scenic Southern Tier backdrop for a morning of keynotes, panel discussions, and networking sessions organized by our event platform provider B2B2GO.
Esteemed industry professionals spanned all aspects of NYS transportation. They provided their expert insights during our panel discussion moderated by FuzeHub’s own Steve Melito. Everton H. Henriques was the Master of Ceremonies and ensured that the forum was both productive and engaging. ESD’s new Executive VP of Small Business Development, Elizabeth “Liz” Lusskin made an appearance to discuss how small businesses can utilize NYS grants and incentive programs.
The keynote speaker, Nivardo Lopez, is the Deputy Secretary for Transportation to Governor Kathy Hochul. He updated attendees on the latest NYS infrastructure legislation that impacts businesses in the Southern Tier and beyond.
Senator Charles Schumer provided the audience with a special video message thanking his constituents and inspiring transportation companies to keep providing essential services to our state.
Attendees then connected and interacted with NYS resources that included AMT, NAmTrans, ESD, New York Ventures, CCMR, COE-ASM, NY BEST, S3IP, RIT, and CACT. Importantly, attendees also met with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers that include:
