AngioDynamics new CEO looks to growth opportunities after 2016 loss

“AngioDynamics reported a loss of $44.5 million for fiscal year 2016, after several months of leadership transitions. The medical device maker had sales of $353.7 million in fiscal year 2016, compared to $357 million in 2015. That loss comes despite a strong fourth quarter where net sales were $93.4 million compared with $90.9 million a year ago.”

Curbell Plastics buys San Diego-based company

“Curbell Plastics has purchased a San Diego-based plastic fabrication shop that will complement its West Coast offerings. M&M Plastics will become a division of Orchard Park-based Curbell, offering full manufacturing capabilities from prototyping to high-volume production, according to a Curbell news release.”
