Staying Safe and Healthy
The event organizers are closely monitoring the status of the COVID-19 pandemic and will follow New State guidelines to help ensure your health and safety. The event’s location, Turning Stone Resort, has a hospital-grade air turnover system and plenty of space to support some physical distancing. This Central New York resort has safely hosted in-person events since June and all staff members who handle food will be masked.
Participants in the New York State Innovation Summit may communicate their level of comfort in social interactions by selecting a red, yellow, or green sticker for their name badge. A red sticker indicates “no contact, please,” a yellow sticker invites elbow bumps and conversation, and a green sticker welcomes handshakes. Event registration fees are refundable until October 15th and qualifying companies may be eligible for a special discount on exhibitor registration fees.
