Bill McDonald

Bill McDonald has served Herkimer College as associate dean of academic affairs for the Business, Health, Science and Technology division since 2017. Bill is responsible for the management of the division, including supervision and evaluation of full and part time faculty; development of the master course schedule; oversight of curriculum development, academic program review and assessment; and preparation of the annual budget.

Bill is also responsible or the College’s workforce development initiatives and has over a decade of experience in this regard. Prior to that, he was director of continuing education, assistant to the president and interim human resources specialist at Herkimer College. Bill has 20 years of volunteer experience, serving in leadership roles on the Board of Directors for several regional non-profit and educational organizations.
