Holly is the current HR Manager at Vapor Stone Rail Systems, a Wabtec Co., located in Plattsburgh, NY. Her eight years of Human Resources, staffing, and recruiting have solely been dedicated to the manufacturing world; working predominantly for transportation companies like Bombardier, Wabtec, Nova Bus, and other manufacturing suppliers in Plattsburgh and across North America. Holly represents Vapor Stone on the NAmTrans Board through the Chamber of Commerce and is highly active and engaged in local projects and activities to bolster manufacturing in the community. She is an advocate for women in the workplace with a special focus on Women in Manufacturing; providing the essential skills and access to assist women in procuring jobs in the manufacturing field. Holly possesses Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Sociology, along with a Master’s Degree in War Studies.
