With over thirty years’ experience in the food industry, Kevin Byrne has been involved in food service and food retail before moving into food safety, where he has spent the last twenty years working as a food safety professional and consultant. Currently the owner and Senior Food Safety Consultant at FSQA Solutions, LLC, Kevin has a degree in Food Science from Kansas State University and maintains industry certifications in GMPs, GDPs, HACCP, food safety and food defense, SQF and BRC. Kevin is a member of the Long Island Food Council and an Allied Member of eh New York City Brewers Guild.
