Worked at Turning Stone Casino for 14 years while there I was the Chef de Cuisine of Wildflowers a AAA 4 Diamond Restaurant for 6 of my years at the property.

Instrumental in the opening of Ocean Blue Restaurant in Utica.

Been with American Dining Creations for 8 years as the Campus Executive Chef at Herkimer College.

I enjoy working with Food and creating a memorable experience, for me food is one of the common denominators in a great gatherings of friends and family.
