Gatherer’s Gourmet Granola of Schenectady, NY gave itself until today to raise $15,000 on Kickstarter.
With just a few hours to go in the crowd funding campaign, it is just shy of $19,000. A total of 316 people backed the company,which will use the money to introduce a line of certified gluten free products. Sandro Gerbini, president of Gatherer’s, said those products should be on store shelves by the end of September.
