Compounder CRC Polymer Systems Inc. will spend almost $1 million to open a new 27-employee manufacturing site in Sodus, N.Y. Rochester, N.Y.-based CRC will receive $160,000 from state and county agencies to fund the $910,000 project, which will include renovating a vacant plant formerly occupied by sealing maker Garlock Sealing Technologies. Of that amount $120,000 will come from the Wayne County Industrial Development Agency, and another $40,000 will come from state-funded Empire State Development. More
