Incentives offered by state and local government helped lure a Canadian manufacturer and distributor of health products back to the region. The Reena Group of Cos., which a decade ago had a distribution center in Amherst, is returning to the Buffalo Niagara region with the pledge to create at least 40 new jobs within the next few years.
