Ariella Trotsenko
Executive Manager, NY I-Corps Hub
Ariella Trotsenko is the Executive Manager for the NY I-Corps Hub where she creates and executes new entrepreneurship programs. She is the Lead Instructor for the Gotham Innovation Gambit course series where she guides research teams, and soon-to-be startup companies, through the Lean LaunchPad Methodology. She is frequently called upon to teach on the NSF National Innovation Corps (I-Corps) Teaching Team. Ariella has also been an Industry Mentor for two National I-Corps Teams (#1835 and #2259) where she supported the teams customer discovery journeys through the healthcare market and education market. Ariella currently serves as a Mentor for the New York State Biodefense Commercialization Fund on two companies creating diagnostic tools.
In addition to teaching and mentoring, Ariella is always looking to engage the local New York City and wider State and Federal ecosystem of entrepreneurs and economic development leaders. Ariella serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Incubator Association of New York State (BIANYS) where she promotes entrepreneurial activities of incubators within the state. Prior to these roles, Ariella worked for the U.S. House of Representatives in D.C. and the New York City Council where she worked with numerous policy analysts on reforming legislation to boost economic development. Ariella is a proud graduate of the CUNY system from Macaulay Honors College at Baruch.
