I am privileged to lead a team of dedicated public servants committed to making a positive impact on small businesses and communities in the 34 counties of Upstate NY served by our office. We manage programs and partnerships with 100’s of lenders, economic development organizations, and government agencies to increase access to capital, build the small business government contracting base, and build stronger entrepreneurship ecosystems.
