As a registered FuzeHub resource, I just wanted to give a quick update on the 2013 Life Sciences Summit I attended last week. The 2013 Life Sciences Summit was held November 20 -21, 2013 in the Convene Center (formerly Sentry Towers) at 730 Third Ave in New York City. The Life Sciences Summit is dedicated to bringing emerging companies and innovators together with capital and industry in a setting that facilitates collaboration and networking. The Summit’s robust program featured Business Leaders, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Emerging Companies and Innovators – all with goal of accelerating the development of new therapies to address unmet medical needs.

Governor Cuomo today announced the launch of FuzeHub, a new collaborative resource platform developed to spur the growth of New York State manufacturers. FuzeHub aims to better connect small and medium sized manufacturing companies to a wealth of State technology resources, including the New York Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) program, universities, economic development organizations, and other state programs to help these businesses overcome challenges, encouraging innovation and driving economic growth and job creation.
