Joe has 45 years of foodservice experience with the last thirty focused on distribution. 21 years with Performance Foodservice including 12 years of Senior Leadership in an $850 Million Dollar Operating Company in various roles including 8 years as Vice President of Marketing and Procurement. Instrumental in the formation of a partnership with Red Tomato a cooperative of local/regional farmers that help to bring scale to local produce and Performance Foodservice – Springfield MA.
Currently overseeing Performance Foodservices business in Higher Education and Healthcare throughout the country, I am passionate about local and sustainable products that are better for us and the planet.
