Paul “Pauly” Guglielmo is the CEO of Craft Cannery, a small to mid sized contract manufacturer in Rochester, NY specializing in sauces and focused on ensuring that regional brands and start-up entrepreneurs not be burdened with the high minimum order quantities often required of larger co-packers.

Paul began his career in the food industry by launching a pasta sauce, known as Guglielmo’s, available in stores throughout Western New York.

A former 15 year member of the media (radio, iHeartMedia), Paul left that career in early 2020 when he saw the opportunity that existed to provide copacking services to smaller businesses.

Paul also embraces his role as a community leader. And serves many local organizations such as Rochester Rotary, where he is currently President Elect, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester as a board and executive committee member, The Rochester Broadway Theater League as a board member, and St. Ann’s Foundation as a board member.

Paul lives in Brighton, NY with his wife Ryann and 5 year-old son Leo.
Dr. Ferguson has been successful with small, mid-cap and Fortune 500 companies. He has consistently improved and optimized all operating and support areas through the development of corporate cultures, re-alignment of organizational infrastructure, the selection and development of key personnel, and the installation of rewards systems. Throughout his career, he has grown businesses and merged acquired organizations. He is skilled at managing changes designed to build profitability, elevate morale and provide cutting edge services to both internal and external customers. He is proficient at cultivating and nurturing relationships.

Among his many accomplishments, Dr. Ferguson has owned, developed, managed, and profitably grown five small businesses. He has international experience through his education and his global responsibilities in business. He has served as an officer of companies, a member of corporate and non-profit boards, President of a Chamber of Commerce board, and been selected to participate in numerous cross-functional task forces.
