The 2018 NYSEDC Annual Meeting took place this week in Cooperstown, NY and concludes this morning. The event invited economic development organizations to explore “creating economic prosperity and opportunity for their communities” by diving into a rich program that highlighted innovation, research, entrepreneurship, strategic planning, workforce development and beyond.
FuzeHub was honored to be recognized with two awards from the event. First was the Excellence in Community Based Economic Development award which acknowledged the Jeff Lawrence Innovation Fund, a key FuzeHub program that is designed to accelerate small to medium size manufacturing and technology companies through multiple tracks, including Manufacturing Grants and a Commercialization Competition. Our team was also pleased to accept the 2018 NYSEDC Marketing & Promotional Materials Award in recognition of our electronic newsletter, FuzeNews (sign up for FuzeNews here).
