Gibraltar pays $25 million cash for Colorado-based business
“Gibraltar Industries paid $25 million in cash to acquire a Colorado-based company in a deal that closed Tuesday. The acquisition will allow the Buffalo-based manufacturer (NASDAQ: ROCK) to strengthen its position in the U.S. commercial greenhouse market, according to a Gibraltar news release.”
