Alfred University CACT
Alfred University and the New York State College of Ceramics’ Center for Advanced Ceramic Technology (CACT) links firms to a unique skill sets to solve challenges addressing a wide range of analytical needs and applied research focused on technical ceramics and glass science. CACT provides cost-share for programming with New York State companies – large and small – through our annual operating contract with New York State’s Division of Science, Technology and Innovation (NYSTAR). Clarkson University – CAMP
Clarkson University’s Center for Advanced Materials Processing (CAMP) supports companies interested in understanding and exploiting state-of-the-art, advanced, tailor-designed materials and processes to improve their products, solve manufacturing challenges, increase yield, lower costs and foster innovation. CAMP’s research combines applied science with innovation and engineering to transfer unique solutions from the lab into practical applications.
Cornell Center for Materials Research (CCMR)
The CCMR advances, explores, and exploits the science
and engineering of advanced materials through the
study of materials at the nanoscale. The CCMR’s
facilities enable materials synthesis and preparation,
analysis, testing and characterization. Access to Cornell
materials science experts is available through the
grant-based Industrial Partnerships Program. Industrial
projects can receive matching funds to support projects,
instrument usage and student internships.
Craft Cannery
Craft Cannery is a contract manufacturer of bottled liquid condiments (sauces, dressings, etc) specializing in small to mid-size production runs of as much as 1,000 gallons per run and famous for our “no minimums” ability to run micro batches.
