FuzeHub announces today that Julianne Clouthier has joined the organization as the new Industry Engagement Manager. Julianne Clouthier arrives with a wealth of experience in economic development and community engagement, having spent six years at the New York State Homes and Community Renewal/Office of Community Renewal where she was instrumental in managing community development funds and programs among municipalities and businesses throughout the state. Julianne has also held development roles with Beacon Communities LLC and Cornell Cooperative Extension.
Joining the FuzeHub team concurrent with the announcement of a new round of awardees of FuzeHub’s Manufacturing Innovation Grants, Julianne will have the opportunity to make her mark on attracting new applicants and projects to submit a diverse array of manufacturing projects to the Fund in 2017. Julianne will also further design and implement the Manufacturing Innovation Fund’s new divisions which will include a commercialization competition and an innovation challenge to be announced mid-2017.

Beyond her charge to manage the Fund, Julianne will also forge business relationships to support manufacturers’ connection with New York State’s assets and private resources. Julianne Clouthier holds a Master of Business Administration from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Mercyhurst College.
