SecondMuse recently won the first and second phases of the Department of Energy (DOE) Community Energy Innovation Prize. Our winning submission focused on a new Climate Equity Module, designed to help manufacturers and supply chain partners integrate equitable approaches into their existing and future operations.
We hosted a session in July with New York Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Directors, where we explored responsible supply chains, equitable hiring practices, and community engagement.
As a follow-up, we’re holding a virtual session for all manufacturers and supply chain partners in New York on November 19th.
In this session SecondMuse will be providing actionable insights on integrating climate equity into their businesses and highlighting available resources to help manufacturers and supply chain partners adopt equitable practices.
SecondMuse will also facilitate breakout discussions with those attending to discuss what has worked to date, what hasn’t, and what questions still exist around implementing climate and equity friendly approaches into their businesses.
