Michael Parker
Co-founder and COO of Farm Generations Cooperative
Michael Parker is a farmer and entrepreneur. Mike started Sleeping Lion Farm, where he raises beef cattle and sells grassfed beef and value-added products to his local community. He is also the co-founder and COO of Farm Generations Cooperative, a farmer and worker owned co-op that supports farm sales through the GrownBy platform. Mike is also pursuing a J.D. through the Syracuse University College of Law’s JDi Program.
