Founder and Owner of Kema’s Kreations
The Challenge
Kema’s Kreations wanted to build brand awareness and increase online sales. The company was featured during Harlem Fashion Week and on episodes of TV’s General Hospital but had a website that was often outranked by its competitors. In addition, Kema’s Kreations wanted to make it easier for potential customers to compare the various options for its many individualized products.
The Solution
FuzeHub provided training in search engine optimization (SEO) and improved the SEO metadata for several major product areas. This included keyword research, product description enhancements, and adding Alt tags to images. FuzeHub also recruited a web developer who built a Product Configurator that enables shoppers to see visual models of potential purchases.
Outcomes / The Impact
With help from FuzeHub, Kema’s Kreations improved its website so that pages on shopkema.com outrank competitors for select keywords. With the addition of a Product Configurator, visitors to shopkema.com now enjoy a user experience that makes it easier to buy the products that interest them. Kema Maxell is also able to add, edit, and optimize products without needing to pay for or wait for a web developer.
