Empire State Development’s Division of Science, Technology & Innovation (NYSTAR) has made available two temporary grant programs. In both grant programs, companies can apply directly for funds, or organizations providing assistance to eligible companies can apply. Awards are for a maximum of $50,000 and require 20% cost share.
Over the last five years, business incubator programs have flourished, and several new models have emerged around the globe. These new models include accelerator programs, industry-specific incubators, maker spaces, and coworking spaces.
Adrian will be engaging the community of small to mid-sized manufacturers in the region to build connections between manufacturing communities and CESMII, as well as to identify technology, tools and training that may be necessary for the adoption of advanced manufacturing in the region.
