The Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture at Cornell AgriTech works to grow the food, beverage and agriculture industries in New York by connecting agrifood businesses and entrepreneurs with what they need to succeed. We are a small family farm operation, located in Richfield Springs. We raise angus and hereford beef cattle, along with red wattle pigs. The beef and pork can be purchased at our farm store or pre-ordered for bulk orders. The cattle are raised on pasture and grain finished.
