Reed Brook Meats is a custom meat-processor in Waverly, New York that harvests animals from local sources and supports farmers in the Southern Tier. Founded in 2003, this meat processing facility serves farmers who sell to neighbors, and also helps hunters who supply a local Venison Donation Program.

Argyle Cheese

Argyle Cheese Farmer uses milk from a family-owned farm to produce yogurt and artisan cheeses. The 225-acre farmstead has a herd of 50 cows, and is the site of a small outbuilding that houses processing equipment and supports retail operations.

Trinity Valley is a fourth-generation dairy farm in Cortland, New York with 120 dairy cows and an onsite retail store and bakery. The family-run business is managed by Branden and Rebekah Brown, and Ken, Sue and Derek Poole.
